Principal Medical New Accounts
Net 30-day terms are available upon approved credit. Federal, State, County, and Municipal Agencies and tax supported organizations will be extended net 30 day terms. Resale customers must prepay first two orders; credit terms will be extended upon approval thereafter. All net 30 accounts are due and payable within 30 days of invoice date. Delinquent accounts will be subject to finance charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per year. Should legal action be instituted to enforce payment of any outstanding balance, the legal remedy shall be governed and enforced by the internal laws of the Minnesota in the city of Bloomington.

Payment Terms
All orders to be paid in U.S. funds.

 

Prices
All pricing and used medical equipment information in this catalog and or website supersedes all previous catalogs. Every effort has been made to keep this catalog error free. In event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice.

 

Returns
All used medical equipment sales will not be accepted without prior authorization from Principal Medical LLC (contact must be made within 5 days from receipt of merchandise). When returning an item, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of your invoice and RA# with returned items to ensure proper credit to your account. Principal Medical LLC l not accept return of special order items, items that have been marked or engraved, items not returned in original packaging, items that were sold for resale, items determined not to be in resalable condition, sterile items that have been opened, and merchandise that was purchased over 40 days from original invoice date. All pharmaceuticals, FDA tracked devices are not returnable if more than 30 days has passed since original invoice date. All returned items must be sent freight pre-paid and received in new, resalable condition in original packaging. Biomedical Service

Before sending a medical device to Principal Medical LLC for service, please call our Biomedical Service Coordinator for a service authorization number.

Claims

All used medical equipment sales orders are documented, weighed and carefully inspected prior to shipping. P.M. must be notified within 2 days from receipt of shipment of any damages or shortages incurred. Damaged merchandise must be inspected
